Our items are handmade and uniquely made for each customer.
Although we strive for perfection, no two items will be exactly alike. You may notice slight differences from the items pictured or tiny imperfections due to the handmade nature of the item.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted, unless the item arrives damaged.
If damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage in your initial email. Emails without photos or emails received after 24 hours of delivery, will be automatically denied.
Current turnaround time for items is between 1-3 weeks.
